APPLICATION PROCESS

Please call us or email us with any questions you might have if you have interest in our apartments. In order to apply for our units you will have to fill out a copy of our application – which you can download below. However, please call us first so that we will guide you in your application process. You will have to view our units first in order to proceed with your application. So it is important to contact us first so that we could schedule your viewing of our units. Of course once you saw our units and wish to proceed, you can email us your filled out application along with other paperwork. Please be aware that $50 application fee is required with your application; this fee will be credited toward your first month rent payment. We also require proof of income. Security deposit is required and equals one month rent.
